Baum Wedding

I love it when a Bride trust you enough to tell you do what you do best!  I had the most amazing bride, Angie McCann/Baum, she got married on July 7th durning one of the most hottest few days of the year!  The wedding was held outside and the reception was under a huge tent, all there at the Baum family estate.

Angie choose a Country/Wine Theme with purple as her color and we choose items that carried the theme throughout.
When the guest arrived they could pick up a bottle of wine bubbles to blow at the end of the ceremony.

As the bride walked down the isle toward the Groom there was hanging lanterns on hooks.

As she reached the end of the isle the trellis that they were getting married under sat in front of the Baum family pond.  The trellis was decorated with purple flowers and hanging baskets and the center had one larger lantern with the sand ceremony set upon a pillar.

The reception was held under a tent large enough to seat 300 guests.  The opening of the tent had hay bales and whiskey barrels with topiaries and vine corks atop of the barrels.  I also placed purple tiled lanterns on hooks in the bales to continue the theme.

I draped purple material across the tent from each of the 5 poles and decorated the poles with lights and grape vines.  I also hung the lanterns between each of the poles

The dance floor was a hit, the hale bales where placed for seating around the dance floor so people could be near the party without having to being on the dance floor.

Each table was set up with a large wine glass with wine corks and marbles and one purple flower.  Also had a chalkboard painted wine bottle with their names wrote on it, and a table number with wine corks around the bottom.  I also made the small ring of grapes and flowers that sat around the neck of the wine bottle.

The head table was very long and had 8 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen plus of course the bride and groom.

The Bird Cage was used for a card box and she had wine bottles with their picture on each of them.  There was also the guest book for all to sign.

I also made the bride bouquet and each of the bridesmaids, I placed a little something different on each bouquet so everyone knew which one was their bouquet.

Everything went great and McCann and Baum Family was a joy to work with.
Thank you all for the honor to be apart of your special day and Congratulations to you both!!!

Good Afternoon,
Time flies when your having fun, isn't that what they say? I really have had some fun with the events I have been so privileged to be apart of. I first got to be apart of Congress Tim Walberg's 61st Birthday Party. The party was a fishing theme, it was held at the Commonwealth Commerce Center. I used authentic crab cages, topped with glass and fishing decor on each.

The St. Patricks Day Party I was decorating for went very good.
I loved the way it turned out.
The black table clothes went well as if it was the pot of gold at he end of the rainbow.
Each table with adorned with a array of items from chocolates, lays, green beads,
shamrock glasses and hats along with other green goodies.
Toped with a mirror and a glass vase with a green candle.

This was the VIP room for several lucky winners to get to have front row seating to see the band.
There was a couch with 2 chairs and the tables were loaded with wine and candy, along with all the goodies that comes with being VIP.

Let me know what you think and if you know anyone that is having an event and wants someone else to focus on the details, that is what Save the Date Events & Decor is for.

it was made out of salt that I died green and foam shamrocks on flower picks.
I used two vases, one inside each other and a gerber daisy with a rhinestone in the middle.
I also used a green led candle to make it glow.

Hello,
I am getting ready to do the St. Patricks day Event sponsored by the Commonwealth Commerce Center!  I am searching for green, not the easiest green to find, I of course got shamrocks and just trying to find little extras.  Its so different going from party decorating to wedding decorating.  Brides are wanting Bling and flowers, however with events people tend to want more fun and quirky decorations!!  So I will post a couple of my ideas so please check back so you can give me some feed back on which ones I should do.

I am working on the photos of the showroom and the before and after pictures too.
Stop by offen I am working on a couple of new posting ideas to make it fun!
